I would like to take a minute to express my
delight at having worked with Mr George Nixon of
Common
Ground Electric Inc.
First, I would like to say that I worked as a service
technician for over 20 years. I
view myself as an informed
customer who is very perceptive and expect not only technical
expertise
from a contractor, but an honest
straightforward person who has at least a fundamental
understanding
of good customer service skills. When I give my
recommendation to my boss on a choice
for a job we
need done, my integrity is on the line.
Happily, I can honestly say that George is at the top of
his game in all respects.
He provided us with a clear expectation
of the options to fulfill our job requirements.
He provided documentation for the
job.
He kept us up to date on his work.
He was open to alterations of our
plan.
Bottom line: Exceptional Customer Service,
Exceptional Job Results, and then he followed up to
be
sure we were satisfied! If they are giving out stars, he
gets all available stars in my book….
